Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your ordered goods within at least 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends). Orders placed before 1pm should be dispatched the same day. Time of dispatch will be subject to stock availability (please refer to our stock policy).
All goods are sent with our carriers CCL/UK Mail on a next working day service (UK deliveries). Exceptions are delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands where delivery may be 2-4 working days. Smaller packages are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail.
Delivery charges are applied based on weight, volume and delivery postcode.
For UK postcodes (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) the minimum delivery charge is £2.99 and the maximum £19.99.
RETURNS POLICY
Drum Central operates a 'No fault' returns policy. You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days before delivery or 7 days after delivery of your purchased product. You can return the product to us in person or by post. You must include proof of purchase. You can email us at glasgow@drumcentral.co.uk (you should quote any invoice or order numbers you may have). CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned in the original box, packing and any included accessories. DVDs must be returned sealed. Some items such as Earplugs are non-returnable unless clearly damaged. Any 'Free Gifts' received with any product must also be returned. We make no charge if you return the product to our store in person. Payments will be refunded excluding original cost of carriage for which we are not liable. If you choose another method you must bear any postage or courier costs. We will not cancel your purchase if you return your product without proof of purchase or if the goods were a special order to your specification. An appropriate charge may be applied to non-faulty returns.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS GUIDLINES
We will always offer you an exchange if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods, except consumables, are guaranteed by the manufacturers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products may be guaranteed for longer. If/when the guarantee is at the manufacturers discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. Where possible or practical, and if the guarantee circumstances allow, we will loan you, free of charge, an equivalent product until the problem is resolved. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in 'as new' condition, complete with any accessories and/or free gifts offered with it and where possible, the original box and packaging. The guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, nor consumable items unless there is clear evidence of manufacturing fault.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
