Most of the stock displayed on this site will be held at our Glasgow branch. When required we will draw upon stock from both our Glasgow and Edinburgh stores to fulfil orders.

It is worth noting, in particular reference to our Edinburgh store, that we may have a wider range of products available in store that have not yet updated to the site. So if you don't see what you are looking for drop us an email or give us a call!

This site is not linked to a 'real time' stock system. Every effort, however, is made to ensure that the stock description for each item displayed is correct. Most of the products displayed on this site should be instock as it is our policy to only display items that we have currently instock removing the possibility of 'speculative sales' i.e. taking payment for items we do not have instock. If an item is not instock, the stock description will reflect the estimated time for delivery appropriately.

Here is a summary of our stock terms:

• Instock The item is instock and available for immediate despatch 

• Instock (display) This relates only to drum kits.The item is instock and available for immediate despatch, but has been on display. The product will be in mint condition and NOT ex-demo. That is to say the product will not have been used for demonstration purposes. Products purchased in this form will be repackaged appropriately and, in the case of drum kits, will come ready assembled. In otherwords we will have already done the hard bit for you at no extra cost! 

• Instock (ex-demo) The item is instock and is in 'ex-demonstration' condition and available for immediate despatch. The item will have it's condition clearly described and will be discounted appropriately. 

• Instock (used) The item is instock and is pre-owned. This will be clearly stated. The condition of the product will be clearly described. The 'was' price indicates usual store price when new to illustrate saving. 

• Available in 7-10 days The item is not instock or a standard stock item but availability is good from the supplier and available in the specified time. (The specified time may vary between products) 

• Not available for online purchase 1. The item may not be instock but we would like to invite you to enquire about the item with a view to ordering on your behalf. 2. The item may be instock but available for in store purchase and collection only.

Unavailability of Stock

In the (hopefully unlikely) event of an order being placed for an item we do not have instock (for whatever reason) will contact you as soon as possible to offer you three options:

• We will let you know the estimated time of delivery and the order will remain if estimated time is acceptable to you
• We will offer you alternative goods (closest match)
• A full refund for the unavailable goods if neither of the above two options are suitable
