£250
which may be light in weight
and/or small in size, it may be more cost effective for us to send the
item(s) by regular post. This will allow us to offer you the cheapest
and best delivery.

We aim to dispatch your order on the day of purchase (excluding
Sundays) and most deliveries are made within three days.
If we have run out of a particular item of stock and are waiting for it
from the manufacturers, it may take 7 -10 days for delivery within the
UK and 28 days worldwide.
If a product ordered is no longer available, or temporarily out of
stock from our suppliers or manufacturers, we will endeavour to contact
you by email or telephone as soon as possible to discuss your options
and, where necessary, arrange a refund or
exchange for a different product.

prices payable for the products in
this on-line store are clearly set out.
If we have under-priced any item(s) in error, we will not be liable to
supply that item(s) to you at the stated price. We undertake to notify
you of any price discrepancy before dispatching the item(s). Please
note that prices on our web site may differ from our in-store prices.
All prices shown are in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current UK
rate unless otherwise stated, or if another currency has been selected
on the web site.
Returns
policy
Drum Central operates a 'No
fault' returns policy.
You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days before delivery or 7 days
after delivery of your purchased product.
You can return the product to us in person or by post. You must include
your receipt or a photocopy of the receipt with the item.

Conditions.
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It
should be returned in the original box, packing and any included
accessories.
Pre-recorded videotapes and DVDs must be returned sealed.
Any
'Free Gifts' received with any product must
also be returned.
We make no charge if you return the product to our store in person.
If you choose another method you must bear any postage or courier
costs.
We will
not cancel your purchase
if you return your product without proof of purchase or if the goods
were a special order to your specification.
Return of faulty goods guidelines.
We will
always
offer
you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within
28 days of delivery.
Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
Most goods, except consumables, are guaranteed by the manufacturers
against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some
products may be guaranteed for longer.
If/when the guarantee is at the manufacturers discretion, we will act
as their agents to seek a repair or replacement.
Where possible or practical, and if the guarantee circumstances allow,
we will loan you, free of charge, an equivalent product until the
problem is resolved.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the
product must be in 'as new' condition, complete with any accessories
and/or free gifts offered with it and where possible, the original box
and packaging.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse
or normal wear and tear, nor consumable items unless there is clear
evidence of manufacturing fault.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
