Description
Robert Zildjian formed Sabian in 1981 after a falling out with his brother Armand Zildjian. Using years of experience he had developed from his past career Sabian were always going to go on to become one the leading cymbal manufacturers in the world. These days they can list a whole host of big name artists who play their cymbals. Perhaps most notably the likes of Jojo Mayer and Chad Smith.
Sabian first introduced the AA range alongside the HH range in 1982, the names standing for Automatic Anvil and Hand Hammered respectively. As the names suggest, the production processes are very different for each range giving them distinctively different sounds. Like most high end cymbals available from Sabian, AA cymbals are made from B20 Bronze. They have a bright and pronounced sound, and perform very well in high energy situations. Simply put, AA cymbals sound great when played loud!

All Sabian Cymbals come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty as standard. At drum central we provide all your back up and support so in the unlikely occasion that you need to use your warranty, all you have to do is contact our store and we’ll do the rest.
Any items held at our warehouse and ordered before 12pm will be dispatched same-day. For any special order items, we will be in touch directly with tracking information. Delivery is free for most of the U.K. on all orders over £100 and others start from just £2.99.
We offer 'Express Shipping' on all items meaning that, for most parts of the U.K., your order will be with you next working day. In some areas, such as the Highlands and Islands, delivery will be two days (this will be reflected in your estimated delivery date at checkout). Most items are shipped with DPD meaning you will be given a one hour delivery window on the day of delivery. Smaller items are sent First Class with Royal Mail. If you are in a hurry or need a more specific delivery date and time delivery upgrades such as Next Day before 10am, Next Day before 12pm and Saturday or Sunday delivery can be selected at checkout.
Our DPD deliveries are carbon neutral and, where possible, we reuse packing to cut down on waste.
