These days they can list a whole host of big name artists who play their cymbals. Perhaps most notably the likes of Jojo Mayer and Chad Smith.

Sabian SBR cymbals are the impressive entry level cymbals on offer from this Canadian company. Made from a “special formula brass alloy” these cymbals come with a medium weight and classic profile, as well as the signature Sabian logo, giving them the authenticity of professional level cymbals. Complete with hand-guided hammering and pinpoint hand lathing, Sabian give this brass cymbal range the same high quality treatment that they give their bronze cymbal ranges.

Sabian SBR are available in a range of sizes from a 10″ splash to 20″ ride cymbals, as well as the FX range including a 16″ stack and and 16″ china. SBR cymbals also come in box sets with a variety of configurations, perfect for beginner drummers who need a full set of high quality, good sounding cymbals, without breaking the budget.
