Delivery Locations

Our online store handles deliveries to the UK only.

Should you reside elsewhere, please email us at contact@drumcentral.co.uk where we’ll be able to help you place an order and provide delivery information and costs for you.

Dispatch Times

All products on the site are marked to inform you how long it should take to have them delivered.

Some items we hold in-stock at our store, others are ordered direct from manufacturers when required.

The delivery timescales quoted below are after dispatch from our store. You’ll be kept informed via email on the status and progress of your order.

Cut-Off Times

We dispatch items the same-day if orders are placed before 12pm,

We’re open 7-days a week, however our couriers only collect on working days, so any order which is in-stock from our store aiming to be delivered next day must be placed Monday-Thursday before 12pm.

Standard Delivery

Orders placed with a Standard Delivery option should expect to receive their goods 3-5 days after dispatch from our store.

Don’t forget to check individual product information, as some items are ordered in directly from the manufacturer and can take a little longer before we can then dispatch them on to you.

Small orders will cost £3.99, medium orders will cost £6.99 and larger orders will cost £9.99.

Free Standard Delivery

All orders of £100 or more qualify for free standard delivery within the UK. Eligible orders will see a “free delivery” option at checkout.

Should you wish to, you can upgrade this to “Next-Day” delivery.

Next-Day Delivery

At the checkout, you can upgrade your delivery to a “Next-Day” service.

Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive your order the next working day.

Small orders will cost £5.99, medium orders will cost £8.99 and larger orders will cost £11.99.

Out of Stock Items

In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise of any delays or to offer an alternative. We work hard to get your goods out to you as swiftly as possible.


Returns Policy

  1. Introduction

    1. We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Where a product is faulty or damaged we will offer to replace or repair as necessary at no cost to you.
    2. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
    3. This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.
    4. This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website.
    5. This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
  2. Returns Procedure

    1. In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number, and then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number.
    2. Products returned under this policy must be sent by Royal Mail Signed For delivery or other courier as agreed to Drum Central, 125 Great Junction Street, Edinburgh EH6 5JB.
    3. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy unless the goods are faulty in which case we will pay for carriage.
  3. Exclusions

    1. The following types of product may not be returned under this policy:
      1. DVDs, CDs and other audio or video or audio-visual recordings;
      2. any product made to your specification;
      3. any product made to order;
      4. any product personalised or adapted for you; or
      5. gift vouchers.
  4. Refunds

    1. We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
    2. We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product unless the product has been agreed as faulty or damaged.
    3. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
    4. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
  5. Improper returns

    1. If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
      1. we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
      2. we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
      3. if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
