With over 20 years of drumming experience, Peter has worked his way from a young age to a professional level of drumming. Pete plays drums for hotly tipped Pop Punk band happydaze who recently signed to Thriller Records and followed this with a massive U.K. and European tour supporting Pop Punk legends Neck Deep.
Prior to taking up the throne with happydaze, Pete had spent the last few years gaining a name for himself as the drummer of Edinburgh bands Donnie Willow and Mt. Doubt, as well as a professional session drummer, touring with a variety of artists including Palm Reader, Toy Mountains, Woes and E M I L I E, supporting the likes of Don Broco, Rolo Tomassi, Mabel and White Lies.
Peter’s live drumming experience ranges from small clubs in Glasgow to the big stage at festivals such as T in the Park and 2000 Trees, and has recorded drums in studios with a number of prolific producers across the country, with 100+ recorded songs under his belt. Peter specialises in punk, rock and metal drumming, but also is very experienced in modern pop and indie playing, and has been trained in more classical styles such as jazz and funk.
