Developed around a unique 9-ply Purpleheart shell, the Ash Soan Signature Snare offers incredible projection with a sharp, articulate voice that cuts effortlessly through any mix. The double 45° bearing edges maximise attack and responsiveness, producing the ultra-cutting crack that Ash required for demanding studio and live performances. Heavy 4mm die-cast hoops provide focused tone, excellent tuning stability and controlled overtones, while the classic Gretsch Lightning throw-off ensures smooth, dependable snare operation. Each drum features an interior identification label specifying its year of production and is personally signed by Ash Soan.
