Created as part of the Gretsch USA metal snare collection, the Gergo Borlai Signature Snare combines precision engineering with exceptional versatility. The 1.2mm brass shell delivers warmth and projection, while the sandblasted surface helps focus the drum’s overall voice. Precision-cut 45° bearing edges maximise responsiveness, and the heavy 4mm die-cast hoops provide crisp attack, consistent tuning and controlled overtones. A 42-strand snare wire enhances sensitivity across the entire dynamic range, making the drum equally at home with subtle ghost notes and explosive rimshots.
