Whether you’re a youngster (or a not so youngster) taking your first steps in the world of drums or an experienced player looking for ways to expand your repertoire and get your chops to the next level, the Drum Central tutors will be able to show you the way. With roughly 100 drum lessons taught a week in our custom built studio spaces with adjacent cafe and drum shop, Drum Central is the U.K.’s biggest drumming community and a great place to meet like minded musicians to share your experience with. At Drum Central we have an unrivalled knowledge base to push your drumming to the highest level. All of our tutors are professional drummers who have played on some of the biggest stages across the U.K. and Europe including the O2 Arena and The Shepherds Bush Empire in London, The SECC in Glasgow and the Usher Hall in Edinburgh. When learning drums at Drum Central you are welcome to choose to stick to the tutor of your choice or chop and change to experience the full range of knowledge available.

Expert Drum Lessons in Edinburgh or Over Skype
Drum Central’s teaching staff have a combined teaching experience of more than 65 years and have helped students reach a wide range of goals. Boasting a 100% pass rate on both SQA School exams and graded exams, our tutors are equally happy working within an exam structure as they are working towards personal goals.
Drum lessons are available over Skype or in person at our Edinburgh studio. The Drum Central studio is equipped with the highest standard of acoustic, electric and hybrid drum kits to ensure the highest quality lessons. Our main studio features a 7 piece limited edition Mapex Black Panther drum kit complete with Ludwig Black Beauty snare drum and Istanbul cymbals available for students to learn on. On Skype our tutors operate a multi camera system that gives you the best possible, fully interactive online drum lesson.
Our studio benefits from a cozy cafe and dedicated waiting areas where family and friends are welcome to relax during lessons.
