Description

The Munyungo Pro is the shekere to reach for when a quiet shake gets lost. Its complex net of Jenigor beads makes a bold sound that can hold its own with a busy percussion section or a full drum kit.

Made to Be Played:

LP worked with Daryl “Munyungo” Jackson and moulded the black fibreglass body from a selected natural gourd. You get a familiar gourd shape and lively bead response with the durability of fibreglass. Use broad movements for a full rush of beads, then pull the motion back for accents between the bigger hits. A rubber ring protects the mouth.
