Description

Having two Complex Thin Crashes to hand makes it easy to give fills and transitions their own colour. Both have the rich, punchy character of the range, while the 14″ Medium Hats provide a defined pedal chick and a satisfying sizzle when opened. The 20″ Medium Ride rounds out the pack with articulate sticking and a dark underlying tone. Combined HH and HHX hammering brings detail to the sound, and Sabian checks the cymbals together for tonal compatibility before they leave the Vault.

Included In This Set:
  • 14″ HHX Complex Medium Hi-Hat Cymbals – pair
  • 16″ HHX Complex Thin Crash Cymbal
  • 18″ HHX Complex Thin Crash Cymbal
  • 20″ HHX Complex Medium Ride Cymbal
Sound & Feel:
  • Rich crash accents with two sizes to choose from
  • Full hi-hat tone with a firm pedal chick
  • Dark ride character with a controlled stick sound
Built to Perform:
  • B20 bronze construction
  • HH and HHX hammering throughout the Complex range
  • Medium top and heavy bottom hi-hat pairing

14” Complex Medium Hats –  The raw bell design on the over-hammered pairing of a Medium top over a Heavy bottom results in a very solid foot, dark cut when closed, and sizzling fat tone at all times.

16” Complex Thin Crash – one of the richest, sweetest Crash cymbals Sabian has ever produced.

18” Complex Thin Crash – one of the richest, sweetest Crash cymbals Sabian has ever produced.

20” Complex Medium Ride – The 20” Complex Medium ride is big, thin and dark – with a medium-size hand-hammered raw bell – a combination that brings out the lows and complexities of this cymbal’s tone.
