Description

Extra-Long Weighted Boom:

With a 70cm boom arm, the CBW8 provides substantially more reach for positioning cymbals within larger or more complex drum setups. The integrated boom weight counterbalances the cymbal at extended positions, providing additional stability when mounting large crash, ride or suspended cymbals.

Quick Release Nut:

The QRN8 Quick Release Nut helps reduce setup and pack-down time by allowing the cymbal nut to be attached or removed without threading it along the cymbal post. Once installed, the nut can be turned to fine-tune the cymbal’s movement and resonance, while its integrated locking mechanism keeps it securely in position.

Sound Enhanced Cymbal Washer:

The SECW8 Sound Enhanced Cymbal Washer sits beneath the cymbal, with a conventional felt washer above. Its hybrid construction combines a soft foam rubber outer section with a firmer silicone rubber core, allowing the cymbal to vibrate more freely for improved resonance and sustain. For an even more open response, the outer section can be removed and the cymbal mounted using only the inner silicone core.

Step Free Tilter:

Yamaha’s Step Free Tilter provides smooth, stepless angle adjustment, allowing the cymbal to be positioned exactly where required without the restrictions of a conventional geared tilter. The design also provides excellent durability for regular professional use.
