Flip Grip Basket:

The innovative Flip Grip Basket uses reversible basket arms to accommodate instruments between 10″ and 14″ in diameter. This provides greater flexibility when switching between different snare drums and smaller drums without requiring a separate stand. The design can also accommodate many wood-hoop drums, although compatibility can vary depending on the dimensions and design of the hoop.

Ball Clamp Tilter:

Yamaha’s Ball Clamp Tilter provides smooth, almost infinitely variable adjustment of the snare basket angle. A single wing nut controls the mechanism, making it quick to position the drum exactly where required. The basket can also be rotated, allowing the snare strainer to be positioned conveniently for the player.

The basket’s central axis is aligned with the upper tube of the stand for excellent stability. The compact mechanism is also designed to retain its angle when the stand is folded and transported, helping reproduce a preferred setup more quickly at the next session or performance.

Tone-Enhancing Basket Rubber:

Newly developed basket arm rubbers flex dynamically as the drum is played, reducing unwanted vibration transfer between the snare drum and stand. This allows the shell to resonate more freely, helping preserve the drum’s natural character while increasing sustain in the lower frequencies.

Secure Basket Adjustment:

The Snare Basket Adjustment Knob features an ergonomic shape designed to sit naturally in the hand. An integrated metal washer allows the basket to tighten smoothly with minimal effort while maintaining a secure grip on the drum.
