Description

Chris Coleman’s pack gives groove playing a firm voice without losing its earthy character. The 21″ C Squared Ride starts with a heavy blank and a high bow profile to bring out stick definition. Holes around its edge help keep the wash and sustain in check, while the hand-hammered bell adds warmth to its punch. The Vintage Pure hi-hats and 19″ Brilliant Medium Thin Crash provide the main groove and accent sounds, with the small Pure Alloy Trash China adding a separate effects voice. This is a mixed-series selection for pop, R&B, funk and fusion where the cymbal part needs to stay readable.

Included in This Set:
  • 12″ Pure Alloy Trash China
  • 14″ Byzance Vintage Pure Hi-Hats – pair
  • 19″ Byzance Brilliant Medium Thin Crash
  • 21″ Byzance Vintage C Squared Ride
Sound & Feel:
  • Warm, earthy character with strong ride articulation
