The Tama Soundworks Kapur 13” x 7” snare drum is built from 6 plies of kapur wood in a 6mm thick shell. The steel Sound Arc Hoops emphasise the great sound and feature inward curving rims that are gentler on the hands than regular hoops when playing rimshots. The outer ply shows off the kapur wood’s natural beauty, and is finished in matte brown.
